Editorial reviews and guides represent subjective journalistic evaluations conducted in good faith. We do not operate as an air carrier, commercial travel agency, or licensed transportation booking merchant.

When retaining our bureau for private itinerary curations, scopes of work, pricing schedules, and deliverables are formalized via individual engagement letters. While we provide verified local recommendations, Clients remain solely responsible for independent hotel bookings, travel insurance, passport validity, and medical requirements.
All content and advisory blueprints are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Regional conditions, operating hours of independent establishments, weather patterns, and local trail accessibility are subject to change without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Milan Kokorud'a, its editors, and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site, reliance on field recommendations, or participation in independent travel expeditions.
